The judge files the case concerning cutting off the Vallvidrera tunnels road during the 8 November general strike

Breaches:

The Fourth Court of First Instance and Instruction of Rubí files the case against 16 residents of La Floresta (Sant Cugat del Vallès) for a crime of public disturbance when they participated in cutting off the C-16 road, at the Vallvidrera tunnels during the 8 November general strike. Judge Gonzalo Alcoba argues that ‘the mere presence of vehicles in the area that was cut off does not prove the identification of those who used them that day nor their presence in the criminal acts investigated.’
