Operation Judas: the 7 detainees begin to testify

Breaches:

The CDRs imprisoned as part of Operation Judas begin to testify before the National High Court. Two of the detainees, Ferran Jolis and Jordi Ros, who have only had contact with an irregularly-assigned court-appointed lawyer and with whom Alerta Solidària lawyers have not been able to speak, make incoherent and incriminating statements, which are immediately leaked to the press. Subsequently, both will file complaints in relation to their arrests. Moreover, Jordi Ros will state in 2021 that his testimony was given under pressure and coercion from the Civil Guard. The lawyers will file lawsuits against the leaks of the investigating proceedings that will take place in the course of all proceedings and in December 2020, they will lodge an amparo appeal with the Constitutional Court.
