Breaches:
Barcelona Provincial Court sentences Verdejo for the crimes of attack against the authority and injuries, but not for the crime of public disorders, as the Prosecutor’s Office had requested. As reported by Alerta Solidària association, he is said to have thrown objects during the Tsunami Democràtic demonstration in Camp Nou, although it cannot be assured that impacted against any policeman. He is also sentenced for the injuries of three mossos, only using three statements of the agents involved as evidence. He is also fined and will have to pay damages to the policemen, with sums of more than 8,000€. Verdejo appeals the judgment.
