Catalan courts annul the statement issued by Catalan universities

Breaches:

A Barcelona Administrative Court has annulled the statement opposing the ruling of theSupreme Court against the leaders of the 1 October referendum issued by the Senate of the University of Barcelona in October 2019 on the grounds that it violates the ‘principle of neutrality.’ The statement was brought to court by professors from the platform ‘Universitats per la Convivència’ (Universities for Coexistence), a group that claims to defend ‘neutrality’ within universities. The University of Barcelona will take the case before the High Court of Justice of Catalonia.
