The National High Court’s Prosecutor’s Office begins to bring the CDRs under investigation

Breaches:

The National High Court’s Prosecutor’s Office announces that it is carrying out investigations in connection with the CDRs actions over recent days. In a statement, the National High Court’s Prosecutor’s Office, which is approved by the State Attorney General’s Office, describes the actions as ‘intolerable’ and considers that they ‘endanger not only public peace and the constitutional order, but the very essence of the democratic system.’ According to Alerta Solidària, these investigations by the Prosecutor’s Office will result in cases being opened such as those relating to Adrià and Tamara Carrasco or those prosecuted for the Operation Judas which will be instructed by the National High Court’s Central Examining Magistrate’s Court judge, Manuel García Castellón.
