The Cornellà de Llobregat city court asks the National High Court to centralise the cases against the Mossos d’Esquadra for failing to prevent the 1 October referendum from going ahead

Breaches:

The Third Examining Magistrate’s Court of Cornellà de Llobregat requests that National High Court judge Carmen Lamela takes over the case against the six chief officers of the Mossos d’Esquadra (Lluís Ferran López, Joan Carles Molinero, Emili Quevedo, Francisco Javier Gámez, Antoni Verger and Amadeu Domingo) and the head of the General Police Directorate (María Paz Martí) for failing to prevent the 1 October referendum from going ahead. The National High Court has opened a case against Major Josep Lluís Trapero for the same crimes of disobedience, sedition and rebellion.
