Breaches:
Former ministers Antoni Comín and Lluís Puig report to a Brussels police station, where they are arrested in execution of the European Arrest Warrant re-issued by Supreme Court judge Pablo Llarena. On the same day, the Belgian judge in charge of the case releases them while the case is being processed, but bans them from leaving the country. On 16 November, the judge will accept the request to combine their extradition cases with the one against Carles Puigdemont, and all three are summoned for a hearing on 16 December.
