Breaches:
Jordi Cuixart requests the Secretary-General Penitentiary Institutions (under the Ministry of the Interior) to transfer him to Brians II prison, located in Sant Esteve Sesrovires (Barcelona). During the following weeks, other prisoners involved in the 1 October referendum such as Oriol Junqueras, Raül Romeva, Carme Forcadell and Dolors Bassa will also ask to be transferred to Catalan prisons. The transfer requests come after the statements made by the prisoners between 16 and 18 April, expected to be the last prosecution procedure requiring the presence of the prisoners.
