David, a young man from Terrassa, is arrested in Urquinaona protests

Breaches:

David was in Urquinaona for the protests against the sentencing of leaders of the 1 October referendum when Spanish Police agents arrest him and take him to Via Laietana police station and later to Verneda police station. During his arrest, the family of the young men alleges that he suffered mistreatment and physical and psychological torture, for carrying a flag that agents considered to be “anti-constitutionalist”. More than four years later, in November 2023, the Prosecutor’s Office requests 6 years in prison: 3 for public disorders and 3 for assault against the authority.
