Breaches:

The Mossos d’Esquadra arrest youths Ibrahim Afkir and Charaf Fadlaoui from Girona for the alleged crimes of public disturbance, attacking authority, injury and causing damages, for allegedly throwing a stone at a van belonging to the Àrea Regional de Recursos Operatius (ARRO) unit of the Mossos d’Esquadra, wounding the driver and the co-pilot, during the protests against the conviction of the leaders of the 1 October referendum. After they are brought before a judge, the Provincial Court of Girona orders both to be sent to pre-trial detention at Puig de les Basses prison, arguing that they present a flight risk due to their lack of roots.
