David Vallhonrat, member of the CDR of Matadepera, enters the Brians I penitentiary centre

Breaches:

The Mossos d’Esquadra arrested him and took him to the courts of Terrassa for having chained himself to the steps of the Palau de Justícia de Barcelona in February 2018, to protest against the application of article 155 and to demand the release of the political prisoners. David Vallhonrat did not appear before the Barcelona Court with the other twelve members of the CDR who were tried in February 2020 within the framework of the same case. On 17 May, the High Court of Barcelona released him, and on 20 October, the Prosecutor’s Office withdrew the accusation and the trial at the Barcelona Provincial Court did not take place.
