ERC lodges a complaint with the Prosecutor’s Office for leaks to El Confidencial on Volhov case

Breaches:

Politicisation of justiceRights to free expression and assembly

The ERC claims that they have no connection with the incidents investigated in the operation and that, therefore, they merely serve the purpose of discrediting them and that they constitute political persecution. The Prosecutor’s Office announces the next day that it will investigate the leaks.
