Breaches:
The trial begins against the five members of the 1 October Electoral Commission, Jordi Matas, Tània Verge, Marta Alsina, Marc Marsal and Josep Pagès at 11th Criminal Court of Barcelona. The Prosecutor’s Office is demanding 2 years and nine months in prison for the alleged crimes of disobedience and abuse of power, in addition to fines and disqualification from exercising passive suffrage. The trial will last until the end of the next day and the sentence will be delivered.
