First day of trial at the National High Court against the eight youngsters from Altsasu accused of terrorism for injuries and threats to members of the Civil Guard

Breaches:



The events took place during a bar fight involving two off-duty Civil Guard officers and their respective partners. The Prosecutor ‘s Office requests a 62 and a half-year prison sentence for one of the defendants, a 50-year sentence for six of them, and 12 and a half years for the remaining defendant, corresponding to the crime of causing injury, and terrorist type threats. The trial at the National High Courtto give judgement is scheduled for two weeks later.
