The case against the Reus hacktivist who replicated the referendum websites is filed

Breaches:

The Fouth Examining Magistrate’s Court of Reus files the case for disobedience against a young man from Reus for replicating referendum websites. The reason for filing the case is that there was no direct court order that prohibits websites from being replicated. This is the first case ever reported of a referendum website being cloned in the context of the operation initiated by the Examining Magistrate’s Court of Paterna, which had been divided into twenty cases in the courts of the different investigated parties’ judicial districts. On 11June, the case against the general coordinator of Pirates of Catalonia, Enric Pineda, under investigation for the same crime, was filed.
