Breaches:
The judge of the First Examining Magistrate’s Court of Barcelona Joaquín Aguirre, who is investigating the Volhov Case, summons the head of President Puigdemont’s office Josep Lluís Alay for an alleged crime of disclosure of secrets. According to a Civil Guard report, Alay asked a Mossos d’Esquadra officer for a screenshot to see if the specific control against him was still effective, and the officer sent it to him. Aguirre is also summoning the police officer who allegedly sent the information as part of the investigation of the same crime.
