Josep Valtònyc reaches an agreement on the suspension of the sentence in the trial for a concert in 2018

Breaches:

The Prosecutor’s Office, along with the Asociación Unificada de la Guardia Civil, accused Valtònyc of a crime of attack and, alternatively, three years in prison for the crime of aggravated threats. The events would have taken place in a concert on 31 March 2018 in Marinaleda, Sevilla, where Valtònyc would have called on the audience to kill a guardia civil and to put a bomb to a prosecutor. The rapper accepts a sentence of two years in prison and agrees on the suspension, for a crime of threats to a group with the mitigating circumstance of repentance.
