Breaches:
Barcelona Provincial Court had sentenced young Scot William Aitken to five years in prison for his participation in the protests against the imprisonment of rapper Pablo Hasél. The High Court lowers the sentence to 2 years and 9 months in prison, since they cannot prove that he used a dangerous object. He is still sentenced for the crimes of public disorders and attack against the authority and could go to prison. Alerta Solidària association announces that they will lodge an appeal with the Supreme Court.
