Breaches:
Judge Manuel García-Castellón, incumbent judge of Central Investigating Court number 6, investigating judge in the case of the Tsunami Democràtic, further calls to testify, in addition to Puigdemont i Rovira, ERC MP in the Catalan Parliament Ruben Wagensberg, as well as businessmen Oriol Soler and Xavier Vendrell and journalist Jesús Rodríguez. The Guardia Civil, three days ago, had handed over a report to the judge whereby it reiterated Rovira’s role as promoter of the organization. The Prosecutor’s Office appeals against the decision. García-Castellón asserts, in an event, that ‘the amnesty is not prohibited under the Constitution, but that in the Constitution it does not say that slavery is prohibited either”. For that reason, they file a motion to recuse, that will be dismissed by the judge himself. García-Castellón has also been the investigating judge in cases such as the Operation Judas and Tamara Carrasco’s case.
