Breaches:
Òscar Campos, that was in a relationship with Maria I. T during that time and five associations that have been affected, including Òmnium Cultural, the Sindicat d’Habitatge of Salt and CUP Girona file a lawsuit against the undercover agent and the chain of command in the Ministry of the Interior that would have allowed the operation. The lawsuit alleges that the agent of the Policía Nacional would have committed the crime of torture with the aggravated circumstance of ideological persecution, revelation of secrets and injuries. The latter is included because Òscar and other members of the associations where the agent went undercover have suffered, inter alia, post-traumatic stress disorder and depression as a consequence.
