Breaches:
The Supreme Court had referred the case to Barcelona Provincial Court in 2022. Anna Gabriel, former CUP MP in the Catalan Parliament, was indicted for the crime of disobedience in the case against the leaders of the 1 October referendum. Barcelona Provincial Court, after the Prosecutor’s Office requested the dismissal alleging that the acts were not criminal and VOX, that acted as public prosecutor in the case did not say anything, orders the final dismissal of proceedings.
