Breaches:
The judge refers investigating proceedings to the Supreme Court, without waiting for the resolution of the appeals against his order, given the status of Puigdemont and Wagensberg as MEP and MP, respectively. Since he called, inter alia, Rovira and Puigdemont to testify, he included a person that died in the course of the protest at the airport on 14 October 2019, due to natural causes, even though the Mossos d’Esquadra deny that the deceased appeared in any case file of the Tsunami Democràtic. The judge offers the family to appear in the case, despite referring the case to the Supreme Court. García-Castellón has also been investigating judge in the cases of the Operation Judas and the case of Tamara Carrasco.
