Breaches:
Allegedly, the infiltrator of the National Police called himself Marc Hernàndez Pon and had been a member of different movements of the pro-independence left for two years, including the Union of Students of the Catalan Countries, Casal Popular Lina Òdena and also of the housing defence movement Resistim al Gòtic, always taking part in their events as an activist. The infiltrator could have carried out all kinds of administrative procedures and his fake DNI could only have been issued by the Secretary of State for Security by order of the Minister of the Interior or the CNI, which answers to the Ministry of Defence. The Alerta Solidària collective announces it will take legal actions.
