Llarena upholds the order of prosecution and asks for a 2.1 million euro joint bond

Breaches:

Following dismissal by the Supreme Court of all the appeals against the interlocutory prosecutions issued by judge Pablo Llarena, he issued an order declaring their resolute nature. This ordinance is appealed before the judge himself by Toni Comín and Meritxell Serret, who understand that the interlocutory prosecution does not apply to them because they were not present when it was issued and have not been notified. In the ordinance, Llarena also demands the former members of the government issue a joint bond for 2.1 million euros as a guarantee against any civil liability that may arise as a result of the procedure. This is paid by the Caixa de Solidaritat solidarity fund.
