Breaches:
The Bureau admits a proposal by the CUP for a resolution regarding Parliament regulations which was revoked by the Constitutional Court proposing that the Parliament of Catalonia reiterate the objectives of the resolution on the start of the independence process in Catalonia, approved on 9 November 2015 and declared unconstitutional through the Constitutional Court ruling 259/2015. Parliament lawyers had warned that the resolution infringed the sentence by the Constitutional Court. Ciutadans and PSC later submit appeals for protection against the resolution being admitted.
