Breaches:
The Supreme Court’sCriminal Chamber dismisses all appeals against the interlocutory prosecution for the 1 October referendum case issued by Judge Pablo Llarena on 21 March. On 11 September, Jordi Cuixart submits an appeal for protection to the Constitutional Court in relation to Llarena’s decision to keep him in preventive detention, which is not admitted until 2 October. On the same day, Carles Puigdemont, Clara Ponsatí and Lluís Puig appeal against their prosecution, which is also admitted by the Constitutional Court on 2 October.
