Mundó, Borràs and Vila have already served their sentence for 1 October

Breaches:

The Supreme Court declares the completion of the penalty of 20 months of disqualification from public office of former ministers Carles Mundó, Meritxell Borràs and Santi Vila as a result of their conviction for a crime of disobedience in October 2019 for being considered organisers of the 1 October referendum. In addition, they had been fined 60,000 euros each, which in the case of Mundó and Borràs were paid with contributions from the Caixa de Solidaritat. Vila was not helped by this entity. They are the first three convicts to have already served their sentence, since the other nine are still in prison with sentences of 9 to 13 years for sedition and embezzlement.
