Breaches:
The Parliament of Catalonia, in a single-topic plenary session on ‘the real Catalonia’ requested by Ciudadanos, passes a resolution that once again censures the monarchy and asserts Catalonia’s right to self-determination. JxCat, ERC, En Comú-Podem and the CUP vote in favour of the resolution. The PSC and PP vote against it, and Ciudadanos chooses not to participate in the vote.
