TV3, fined again for ‘violating information neutrality’

Breaches:

The Provincial Electoral Board of Barcelona fines the Catalan Media Corporation (CCMA) 950 euros for having violated information neutrality in TV3’s coverage of the pro-independence demonstration held in Madrid on 16 March, during the general election period. Although the Provincial Board had initially dismissed the appeal presented by Ciudadanos, the Central Electoral Board had subsequently urged them to initiate disciplinary proceedings. The CCMA appeals the fine before the Central Electoral Board, which rejects the appeal.
