Persecution of events in favour of the referendum by several local police offices

Breaches:

The local police of some municipalities (Sabadell, Barcelona, Torredembarra, Santpedor, Sant Cugat del Vallès, El Prat de Llobregat, Cerdanyola del Vallès, Figueres, Masquefa, Premià de Mar and Llagostera) are trying to prevent actions in favour of the referendum, mainly hanging posters but also events or stalls, and in some cases they are identifying the people who are participating in the actions and even imposing fines. They are doing so in compliance with the order of the Catalan Prosecutor ‘s Office dated 12 September. This type of police action continues to take place in subsequent days, in some cases carried out by the Mossos d’Esquadra or by the State police forces. On the 16th, in Sagrera, the City Police arrests David Carmona, a member of the CUP, during a joint event held by PDeCat, ERC and CUP in favour of the referendum after the young man questioned the agents when they wanted to identify the organisers. The young man spends the night in jail and is released on bail the next day.
