Breaches:
Carles Puigdemont, Antoni Comín, Clara Ponsatí and Lliures per Europa (Junts) present appeals before the administrative courts in Madrid, the Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court and the Electoral Board itself against their disqualification as candidates in the European elections. The following day, the three administrative courts where the appeals are lodged decide to abstain from ruling in Puigdemont, Comín and Ponsatí’s case.
