Crowds form outside the doors of Parliament after a demonstration was called by the ANC together with Òmnium and the CDRs to mark the planned investiture of Carles Puigdemont. Police intervention by the Mossos d’Esquadra is necessary when some demonstrators try to break the cordoned off access the Parc de la Ciutadella. Two people are arrested, both of whom are released on charges the next day.
