Scotland resumes the extradition process against Ponsatí

After several postponements while waiting for the European Parliament to rule on the lifting of Clara Ponsatí’s immunity, the processing of the European Arrest Warrant issued by the investigating magistrate of the 1 October case, Pablo Llarena, resumes before the court of the Sheriff of Edinburgh. The judge notes that Ponsatí no longer resides in Scotland and summons the parties to a new hearing on August 26 to decide whether it is necessary to continue processing the European Arrest Warrant.
