Breaches:
The pardons are granted under the condition that those sentenced to prison (Junqueras, Romeva, Turull, Bassa, Forn, Rull, Forcadell, Sànchez and Cuixart) do not commit any other serious crimes within three years. The pardons are partial, given that only prison sentences are nullified, and not the disqualification sentences. Meritxell Borràs, Santi Vila and Carles Mundó, on the other hand, are not pardoned and only sentenced to disqualification from holding public office. On 22 February 2022, the Supreme Court dismissed the appeals filed against the pardons by, among others, Inés Arrimadas, Carlos Carrizosa, VOX, PP and Enric Millo.
