Breaches:
Montse Mindan has been acquitted of an alleged crime of disobedience for the events of 1 October. This is the second time she has been acquitted after the Girona Court overturned the first sentence after the Prosecutor’s Office requested the evaluation of evidence that had been excluded for having been presented outside the case’s time limit.
