Breaches:

The High Court of Justice of Catalonia rejects the appeal of the University of Barcelona against the judgement issued by a Barcelona Administrative Court annulling the manifesto that rejected the ruling of the Supreme Court against the leaders of the 1 October referendum signed by the university staff in October 2019, as it considers that it violates the university’s ‘duty of neutrality.’ The manifesto had been taken to the courts by professors of ‘Universitats per la Convivència,’ a collective that claims to defend neutrality in universities.
