Breaches:
Jordi Sànchez, Jordi Turull and Josep Rull ask the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court to let them out of prison to participate in JxCat’s campaign events leading up to the general elections, or at least to let them speak with the media from the court during breaks in the trial against the leaders of the 1 October referendum. On 17 April, the Chamber, presided over by Manuel Marchena, denies these requests, thus preventing them from campaigning even somewhat normally.
