Breaches:
The Appeals Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Catalonia partially accepts the Prosecutor’s Office’s appeal against the dismissal of the disobedience case against Neus Lloveras and Miquel Buch and orders that it be reopened specifically to investigate Buch’s actions as mayor of Premià de Mar in connection with the organisation of the 1 October referendum. The investigating judge reopens the case and again summons Buch to testify as a defendant. Buch will reappear before the judge on 16 July.
