The case against Olga Ricomà for a banner on the balcony of her house is filed

Breaches:

The Second Examining Magistrate’s Court of Tarragona provisionally files the case against Tarragona resident Olga Ricomà, daughter of the ERC spokesperson in the municipality, Pau Ricomà, for an alleged crime of inciting hatred against the National Police. She was being pursued for hanging a banner on the balcony of her house with the slogan ‘Police go home’ in protest against the police violence during the 1 October referendum, and for promoting a photo of the banner on social media. The court argues that the facts investigated ‘do not justify the offence’ of inciting hatred.
