Breaches:
About thirty people submit an appeal for protection, promoted by the Assemblea Nacional Catalana, to the Constitutional Court against suspending members of Parliament prosecuted for rebellion in the prosecution of the leaders of the 1 October referendum (Oriol Junqueras, Jordi Turull, Raül Romeva, Josep Rull and Jordi Sànchez) as they consider that their suspension violates their right to political participation. The Constitutional Court admits the appeal on 30 October. In September 2019, once the appeals presented to the Supreme Court by Carles Puigdemont against his suspension have been resolved, they will also appeal against his suspension.
