The Constitutional Court accepts an appeal for protection submitted by Carme Forcadell and Anna Simó against the decision taken by the Supreme Court’s Criminal Chamber to admit a complaint filed against the Members of the Bureau for the organising the referendum. Forcadell and Simó consider the Supreme Court not to be incompetent in this case.
