Breaches:
The Central Electoral Board agrees to remove Pau Juvillà’s seat as a member of the Parliament of Catalonia. The member of CUP had been sentenced by the High Court of Justice of Catalonia, on 14 December 2021, to six months of disqualification for a crime of disobedience, but the sentence is not yet final. Juvillà appeals the decision of the Central Electoral Board before the Supreme Court and asks for its precautionary suspension. It will be refused.
