The Central Electoral Board summons Ponsatí for the oath of allegiance to the Constitution as a new MEP

Breaches:

The Central Electoral Board announces the five new members of European Parliament elected in the Spanish state who will take their seats on 1 February following the United Kingdom’s departure from the European Union. One of the five new MEPs is Clara Ponsatí, third on the Junts per Catalunya-Lliures per Europa list. The new MEPs are summoned to declare allegiance to the Spanish Constitution, in accordance with the provisions of Spanish election law. On 27 January, Ponsatí asks the investigating judge in the case against the leaders of the 1 October referendum, Pablo Llarena, to withdraw the national arrest warrant and European Arrest Warrant against her, given her status as an MEP.
