Jordi Sànchez makes another attempt to be invested as president of the Government of Catalonia

Breaches:

After a new round of consultations with the parties, Roger Torrent once again names Jordi Sànchez as a possible candidate for the presidency of the Government of Catalonia. On 9 April, Torrent convenes the parliamentary investiture plenary session for the 13th and asks magistrate Pablo Llarena to adopt measures to enable Sànchez to take part in the investiture debate. On the 10th, Sànchez presented a letter to Llarena asking for his release or alternatively a special permit to attend the investiture or to be allowed to carry out the debate by video conference in accordance with the the UN Human Rights Committee’s resolution.
