Breaches:
The plenary session of the Constitutional Court unanimously decides not to accept the appeal for protection submitted by Carles Puigdemont, Clara Ponsatí and Lluís Puig against the legal proceedings ordered by Judge Pablo Llarena in the prosecution of the leaders of the 1 October referendum. The appeal had initially been accepted, but the court now decides not to admit it because all other legal avenues have not been exhausted.
