Breaches:
Borràs was sentenced by the Supreme Court to one year in prison, eight months of disqualification and issued with a fine of 60,000 euros for the crime of disobedience. The resolution of the Constitutional Court, with Cándido Conde-Pumpido as speaker (who was later recused by the prisoners and exiles and forced to withdraw from the case), endorses the jurisdiction of the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court to prosecute the pro-independence leaders. Borràs decides not to appeal against the sentence at the ECHR.
