Breaches:
The Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court dismisses the appeal by the Corporació Catalana de Mitjans (Catalan Media Corporation) against the verdicts of the Junta Electoral Central (Central Electoral Board) which declared, following the lawsuit filed by Ciudadanos, that TV3 had violated the neutrality of information during the electoral period of the general elections of April 2019 for their coverage of the pro-independence demonstration in Madrid on 26 March 2019 and for the broadcast of a documentary on the relatives of the political prisoners of 1 October on 9 April.
