The High Court of Justice of Catalonia acquits two demonstrators who took part in the protests against the Council of Ministers celebrated in Barcelona on 21 December

Breaches:

The Provincial Court of Barcelona had sentenced them to four and a half years in prison for crimes of public disturbance and attacking the authority for kicking fences and wanting to injure officers with a saddle during the protests against the Council of Ministers in Barcelona on 21 December 2018. The High Court of Justice of Catalonia considers that there is not enough evidence to convict the two demonstrators of this crime.
