Breaches:
The penalties for the 9 November consultation corresponding to the conviction for a crime of disobedience are two years of disqualification and 36,000 euros for Artur Mas, one year and nine months of disqualification from serving in public office and a 30,000 euro fine for Joana Ortega and a year and a half disqualification and a 24,000 euro fine for Irene Rigau. The court acquits them of the crime of prevarication. All three are appealing the High Court of Justice of Catalonia ruling to the Supreme Court. Because the ruling is not final, Rigau remains an active member of Parliament.
