Breaches:
The High Court of Justice of Catalonia was investigating the minister from CUP for alleged crimes of public disturbance and disobedience for her participation in the demonstrations against the holding of the Council of Ministers in Barcelona in December 2018. The court considers that removing a fence that was blocking a demonstration does not constitute a crime, and so it decides to close the case.
